Title: Blitz convert not ALL MP into AP, but only NEEDED amount

Now Blitz converts all movement points into AP. No matter, you have 60MP to 20AP or [for instance] 70MP to 20AP
It would be nice to keep non-used MP and do not convert it [so do not lose data points]
It opens more ways to character[game-way] customization / planning

Wait, Blitz consumes ALL MP and only gives up to 20AP while the excess is lost? Sounds like a bug.

You have to stagger your MP gains. For example - use Sprint, Contraction after you used Blitz.
