Title: Where to buy energy shields?

Hey everyone, just wondering where they're sold, or if I have to make one with the appropriate skills? I'm guessing Electronics and/or Mechanics.. I've searched around and gone to all the vendors I could think of for a few hours now, but I've had no luck so far.. haven't even seen a blueprint for one >.< I've not given up hope!

PS: when I save the game it does say that it's the right version in which the shield was added, so it should be somewhere!

The update is not out yet. Styg will usually post several Dev logs before adding the update and when he does he will say so, like patch x is out.
