Title: Plasma Core?

Don't want to give any spoilers but you use to be able to sell this after completing the quest, I checked the wiki and it appears none of the merchants will buy this now?


Working as intended or bug?

Merchants are far too picky now, but you could always learn enough electronics to make yourself a pistol, even if it was just to sell. There are plenty of other things you can craft with electronics, it's a good skill to have.

It's an electronic component. You should be able to sell it at an electronics shop.
