Title: Post Invictus arena fights

After some time since you become invictus, you have to protect title:new fights become available against very hardcore opponents.8-10 bosses with unique loot which can also be new merchant uniques like commando belt or cyclop eye.Fights will be randomised and you will be fighting only 4-5 of them so it will fit that developers dont want you to see everything in one playthrough

Also death's grin can be added to the pool of loot since cruzer has a lot of people in his crew who weared those, so there can be some story on man who left his crew after joining them grim's crew and become gladiator

Yeah I was always disappointed when he tells you he'll have more fights for you in the future... and then just never does

Having hand crafted characters in random order would probably be the best way to implement it. Imagine some dude similar to Aran showing up to challenge you
