Title: Riot gear should get resistance buffs from crab carapaces.

It's very dissapointing that riot gear doesn't get the extra heat, and electrical damage resistance like the tac vest. But it still has a absurdly high armor penality, and with less up sides it gives even less reason to use the riot gear over the tac vest.
