Title: Molotov/FragNades into water causes crash

Noticed this over the last few days. Missing and going into water is causing a crash, well at least for me.  ( ver1.1.5.7  PC/Win10/AMD/SapphireGPU)

What are is that happening in and is it consistent?
If it is happening all the time, can you provide me with a save to test it?

Sorry I was playing and saved over . The last time was at the bridge before the bandit complex under the GMS warehouse quest.

Any throwable I tried that hit the water crashed the game for me.

If I encounter it again I will make a unique save.

I have a save . zipped it but it's about 12 mb, forum rules/limits state 2mb limit.  How do you prefer I post it ?

Also 95% sure the correct crashlog is in there,  but they are all p much identical.

oh and I started a new game so I used the latest instance of the issue , the file is like 4.5mb

Ok found the bug. It was trying to spawn some effect that came with the DLC and you don't have it installed.

Fixed for the next hotfix. Cheers.
