Title: Phreak forged tickets amount inconsistency

Phreak says he has a dozen more forged tickets, says he will sell 10 but you receive 8.

Quantity of items Phreak sells seem to be still bugged, got ten tickets and then three times i got one ticket. CACS quantity I received is also weird, I got 4 CACS, then twice 1 and twice 2 for a total of 10 CACS.

There's a hidden modifier (affinity) that affects the outcome of your purchases. This modifier goes up and down as you talk to Phreak about various things. It works as intended, however, I could tweak its range to be a bit more sensible.

Edit: Oh, I see now what you mean, it's the visual display of what you get that causes the confusion. Fixed for the next update.
