Title: Bugged Six interaction in DC

There is no option to tell Six that Azif was the one who gave you Ethereal Torch, even if you talked to Six in Oculus and University and asked Azif about him.
Option to tell him that the shard was a fragment of monolith seems to be also bugged even if you studied the broken off spike, talked to ferryman and donnie about the monolith.
