Title: Hathor leather merchant should buy xbows

Seems fitting.  I only recently realized he doesn't.

Also Eustace is a hunter merchant but doesnt sell sharpening stones and I don't think I've ever seen him have javelins.

Makes sense. Added crossbows to Fredd's trade demands, and sharpening stones to Eustace's inventory.
