Title: Shark jet ski unique interactions

Is Shark jet ski supposed to have unique interactions with pirates? Its previous owner was a pirate hunter and I found some mention of Donnie talking about it but i am unsure if it's bugged or just uninmplemented.

It's... a bit hidden. If you chat with pirates on jet skis while riding the Shark they'll comment on "your jet looking familiar". Eventually the word will reach Donnie, and he'll talk to you about it when you visit him.
