Title: Aegis Sec Troopers do not comprehend how to use antidotes

For whatever reason Aegis characters have no clue what to do when they get hit with poisoned bolts despite all of them carrying few antidotes. This  makes them tend to die from poison induced heart attacks.
This is especially odd considering that Arena Challengers in the Arena fight against burrowers know how to use Antidotes.

Fixed in 1.1.5.12. Just for the record :D
