Title: Minor complaint: Save logging option when game is saved

It seems that the state of the the running log is not currently saved with everything else.

It would be nice if the game saved the fact I turned logging off, so that when I reloaded from the save, I didn't have to turn it off again.

Really, really minor issue in my opinion.
