Title: Can't access to missions on the black sea

Midgame I entered the black sea on my own with a stolen jetsky from the protectorade without knowing what it was, and the cinematic poped up.
I left and continued playing in the base game, but after killing tchort, I tried to go back there, but everyone apart from the mutants are hostile , and I can't join the expedition because after the cinematic the aegis corp left core city (I didn't speak with them before entering on my own).
I only did the dungeon in the mutants area, but im afraid that I can't continue the story here.

That's not a bug. If you enter Black Sea on your own, Aegis will arrive to the camp without you and they do not look to kindly to random strangers in the vicinity of their camp. You can however still join pirates(unless you aggroed them as well) by talking to a guy named Razor in the waters south east of the camp beach.
