Title: Minor: Sold items remain in numbered slots slots - may be "by design"

Another odd little one, and this may be intentional I'm not certain.

I had both a 5mm pistol and flares in the numbered slots in the HUD.

When I traded all of them for other items, they remained in the assigned slots, ghosted.

I had to manually remove them. Not a huge deal, and as I said, may be intentional.

Yeah, that was causing some confusion. I changed it so the items automatically unbind from action bar when you no longer posses them.
