Title: Faceless Medallion Use?

I was just talking to dude, and I moved my cursor off of the text box, and realised that the invalid sign for the cursor is identical to the Faceless Medallion. This could be a coincidence, but has anyone tried moving around the map until the medallion possibly changes shape?

It's probably just a coincidence, but you never know.

So I've been told. But lack of evidence for something existing is different to evidence of that thing not existing. Feel free to smite me or whatever, but I figure it's still worth keeping an eye out.
