Title: Bugged Lucas Vencel dialogue

There is a dialogue option where player can ask Lucas about Vencel (context.npc_sgs_lucas_askVencel), however the flags for this conversations are incorrectly set up and as a result this conversation doesn't appear in the game.

Fixed for the next patch.
