Like the agility check to climb up to the monolith, what if there was a lesser check to climb onto shore at the bottom of the watchtower with that special kriegsfar that makes natives show up when you exit jshq? The one with a special name. So you can stealthily take him out instead of having to land near the ballista and fight your way to him.
