Title: Cameras in the Epione lab reporting as intruder even if joined Protectorate

Cameras in the Epione lab report player as an intruder if join Protectorate and speak with the guard at the entrance, but don't take Cathcart's task to help Blackwall. This does not cause hostilities, but makes all the guards infinitely check what's wrong and block the passage.
