Title: Larger vehicle parts could be installed in smaller slots

In Freelooters vs Merchants/Black Eels random event, some freelooter scrap jets can come with BArm Medium Jet Shocks or BArm Medium Jet Shocks SE, even if the maximum allowed size for the jet is 1. Once you remove the part, you can't put it back. Not sure if this is intentional.

Not intentional. Fixed for the next patch.
