Title: Beach Invasion special NPC bugs

Any bonus named NPCs that appear during beach invasion will not heal or regenerate their items

Doctor Savage is bugged if he spawns on the border and will keep teleporting at the end of his turn

Marcus has too few fusion cells for his energy pistol and is quickly reduced to fist fighting

Special NPCs also use their regular AI, so they just charge straight up at the enemies rather than hold the line (at least Ladelman does that).

Fixed the AI problems, Doc bugging out, and I gave them all a bit more ammo/healing items to help them endure the fight till the end.
