Title: Balanced Handles

Balanced handles for knives and sledgehammers, to add a slight accuracy bonus like the guns have.

Not a bad idea. Might add it next time I work on knives.

Nice idea, but some chance to hit bonus is also needed for fists because of Combo feat.
