According to Twitch: "All Khazum Morakht members are highly intelligent individuals who join the clan at a young age and receive training in all major psi disciplines. Only upon mastering all of those can they swear an oath before being allowed to perform their duty."
Yet, Oculite Whisperers only use Thought Control, which makes the dialogue above sound rather comical. Given this information, it would make sense to give them more psi abilities from other psi schools since they are currently just reskinned Lunatic Psychopaths. Or at least change this dialogue to no longer claim that they are masters of all major psi disciplines.

Doesn't sound comical to me - mastering something is not equal to being forced to use it. Maybe they intentionally prefer Thought Control abilities. That said, i agree - it'd be neat if they'd use everything. Like, maybe have them use an equivalent of psi beetle brain in a jar, except casting only hostile on their enemies and only beneficial (if any) on themselves.
