Title: Psi-points

I seem to be experiencing a glitch or bug where I expend no psi-points for using psi abilities.  While being an unstoppable psychic juggernaut is both fun and actually, in character, for whom I play as, I would like to see if this can be fixed (Maybe add in a way to replicate this for later on eh? ;) ).  I've tried reinstalling twice, no dice.  Thanks in advance to the team!

Well, until one minute ago when I loaded my game for another check, it was..  Now I'm spending psi points, but also regenerating them at +20 without using boosters.  Is that normal for the latest version?  Sounds good to me.
