Title: Trap items not marked as "cannot use in combat"

A minor thing, but I was thrown a little when I tried laying a trap in combat and didn't see why I couldn't (until I did so out of combat and noticed the time it takes).

You can lay a trap in combat with apropriate feat, if I understood you right.

Honestly I don't think it is needed as you can read that in feat Quick Tinkering description.
