I was on the Underrail wiki, checking to see if I missed anything in the new update, and I came across a cave location for Deacon's shop. Could someone please tell me how to get there? Is it part of a question? I presumed that Deacon and the woman are the two shady characters in Rail Crossing, but they blow me off whenever I try to speak with them.

Ugh, I have 3 perception lol. What does he sell? Is it of high quality?

I tried that, still not high enough. I can't think of any other + perception items.
