Title: babushka know nothing about charms

My babushka know nothing about charms. She might be bugged  :(

Seriously, may it is a good idea to add some hints/story to charm's description? Then the community can at least start developing assumptions about charms effects.
Otherwise, community started to save-scum the game in order to have only Booth tattoo-master in game.
