Title: Hopperdrome location

I'm trying to find the hopperdrome and it isnt near the core ring, next to the Drag N drop. Does anyone know where the other locations are for it or is it not in my game world or something.

It has a chance to appear alongside another waterways events for a total of 2 per savefile, the events are :

Hopperdome
Jet eater hunt
That dude in a boat east of the docks

So, you wont see one of these per save each time.

I've only ever seen it in the one place.  It's a map or two east of the north protectorate outpost near the rig.
