Title: Restoring Aegis Camp supplies via raiding

Simillarly on how you find a light, non descript box with energy shield emmiters in gorskys quest, i want to suggest there being supplies stashes in some lemurian and pirate facilities, this way exploring them could reduce the draining timer somewhat.

I found it strange that even when I opened all the facilities for the pirates, they didn't get shit til the "actual" raids started in South UR. Despite they (seemingly) looted them all.
