Title: possible to change time zone?

Is it possible to change the time zone that dates/times are displayed relative to? This is a pretty common feature in forum software, but I'm not seeing it as an option under account settings.

Profile->Account Settings->Modify Profile->Look and Layout

Ah thank you, I thought “Modify” in the navigation header was telling me where I was, not there was more options in a CSS drop down.
