Title: Synthesete at Lunatic camp doesn't detect psionic potential when persuading

If a psionic Oculus-aligned player enters the Lunatic camp via persuasion, the Synthesete repeatedly mentions your "faint mind lines" as if you aren't psionic.

Good catch. Fixed for the next patch.
