Killed the zoners, looks like that triggers a bug.

Bugs / Join free drones - Mysterious lady not appearing

Hello,

In my current playthrough, after speaking with Captain Harvey first, mysterious lady does not appear at core city underrail train.

I have completed this quest successfully before with another character.
In my previous playthrough, i spoke to major Clifton (SRO) before speaking to Harvey.
