Bugs / Foundry turns hostile after exiting prison

Killed the supervisor with traps without anyone spotting me and they're all still friendly but when i exit they turn hostile, i've even tried killing everyone, all 3 prisoners included, destroying all cameras and turrets and deleting the evidence on the camera but they still keep turning hostile no matter what i do.
Main issue is, i was only using quicksaves and autosaves, no manual ones, so i don't have any save to go back to before this stuff happened.
The earliest save i have is with just the supervisor dead and everyone still friendly.
Any help would be very appreciated, if needed i can provide the save as well.
