I also forgot to mention, Mind Cracker is extremely good at one specific enemy in Black Sea, psi crabs.
Given, if you psi interrumpt a psi crabbo it will snibbity snab you, but definely better than getting screwed over electricity + be perma dazed

Natives are specially good agains squishy glass cannons, tin cans are the best at murdering them, Berserkers are there in the middle

But there are enemy psions that are actually not weaklings, Big Beetles and Psion bosses you get a very good use from Mind Cracker.
Otherwise you'd be right, Balor is technically better at countering psions since it reliably one hits them.

You're supposed to use Mind Cracker as a psiless hammerer

For mid game, it's pretty much worth it, until you can use Balor's.
Tabi hammerer exists, they are called Berserkers and are both agile and tanky sledgehammer users.

Not entirely true, Doctor doesnt boost Regen Vest healing, only Fast Metab does

As it is right now, for tank builds, between Fast Metabolism and Doctor, you can almost always justify taking Fast Metabolism but can hardly justify taking Doctor since it falls too much in the 'Quality of Life' category.
My recommendation: Make Doctor reduce the cooldown of medication for 1 or 2 turns, and give it a specialization that further reduces the cooldown of medications for 0,5 per Spec point.

That way Doctor stops being considered QoL and actually be a good feat to take

Which is a huge deal if you want to crit bosses, and once again, there's no reason for a tin can to use TiChrome instead of Tungsten

No it bloody doesnt, Tungsten has higher damage and high crit damage, crit chance only becomes relevant against highly armored, high HP enemies, which you should be using Balor's anyways.

Only Balor's can do that, Tungsten often needs to 2 hit without crits, whereas TiChrome often needs 3.

No, it doesn't.

That's outright a lie, a full tungsten tank wont use tabis because that would leave him under-armored, TiChrome is just a build used by lightweight nimble hammerers wearing leather, or maybe nimble cans, but it's not the best hammer, tungsten is.

Not in a way that actually shuts down an alarm to make NPCs return to their normal posts, but a way to silence the goddamm blaring sirens that are very bloody annoying to hear
Even if I killed literally everyone and I'm on the process of looting the whole place I must bear with the deafening sirens going BLEEEEEEEEEEEEER BLEEEEEEEEEEEEER BLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEER for the next 20 minutes

Read the hammer bible.
As rule of thumb, you either want to be Agile and lightweight or be very tanky (7 Will, for Stoicism)
You either tank all damage or you're quick enough to avoid it, for the record all archetypes of hammerers always start with 10 STR 10 CON.
