Suggestions / Suggestion about Repair Kits

Currently, each repair kit can be used only once. I propose that this be changed.

For example, a kit that can repair 300 mechanical damage, when applied to an item with 100 mechanical damage, is reduced to a kit that can only repair 200 mechanical damage.

I really adored this game in its previous iterations, only to find the weapons degrading system to make it too difficult and hopeless; what is the point in investing money and resources in fine weapons/armour if they will decay and need to be repaired/replaced (which itself costs money/resources).

I therefore humbly request that the option of not having equipment decay be implemented. This is not unprecedented in CRPGs. Eschalon Book 2 does as much. If you were to do this, I would enjoy the game much more.
