Bugs / Stuck in high resolution

Ok so I recently bought and installed this game (was psyched to see someone revive fallout style old scgool rpgs) and like the over eager moron that I can be, I set the resolution to 2560 x 1600. This resolution is higher than my poor laptop screen can support, I am now stuck in a situation where I cannot revert the resolution down to something lower as the apply button is off screen. I've tried forcing it into 640 x 480 through properties, and alt + enter wont force the game into a windowed mode. I tried uninstalling the game hoping it would go back to the default setting it started at, it did not, at this point i'm pretty frustrated and annoyed so any help would be appreciated.

Running the 0.1.8.0 version on windows 7 (64) in case that info is needed.
