Suggestions / Map scroll interrupted by notification panel. GUI.

I can not scroll down left as the mouse is over the notification panel.

Can the notification panel be moved to the right just a little so that it doesn't interrupt scrolling with the mouse.

I am playing in 1440 * 900 full screen.
