Bugs / Game crash on manual save

I have been experiencing game crashes the last couple of days

They have been occurring when I do manual saves, The game will save showing the saving screen, The game will then hang for about 30 seconds then the game will crash to desktop.

When I relaunch the game and select "Resume Last Save" it loads the save during the crash.

I just find it odd as this has never happened before.

The following are my computer specs
i7 12700
32GB of Ram
RTX 3050 Ti M

I have also included the 3 Crashlogs

Any information or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello and sorry if this has already been covered. I am getting Transition Errors since the last update.
I have included the log files for reference. Thanks in advance.
