Tell us your build man, I came to the Deep Caverns unprepared and I've got no crafting skill, I am a faceless' friend and I can tell you:
- you'll find around 12 tnt charges in one place
- you'll find 2 or 3 jackhammer
- you'll find around 1000 bullets for every kind (maybe not for the sniper I don't use it)
- you'll find a 60 30-energy-battery-stack
These above if you can sneak past the faceless, be allied with them or gonna kill them.
- you'll need many healing
- many special rounds (green ones)
- there are robots so if you don't have special weapons against them bring emp grenades and mines
- some antidotes are always useful
- now food last 20 minutes (last patch) so use it
Some enemies are respawning, when you understand which ones avoid the fight with them

I reloaded an old save and got the mission before going to the west wing and it works, but he didn't take Mateo's Head after that anyway like in this old post http://underrail.com/forums/index.php?topic=1468.msg8364#msg8364

I've been there and I've redirected the power input, but I don't know what to do after that to retrieve the ai core :| In the spider cellar I can activate a switch and that's it, the 2 console in there aren't working at all.

In the east wig there are 2 console, 1 is broken and I can't repair it (electronic too low), the other let me disable the security system but nothing happens. Maybe I already used it, on the top of the east wing there are stairs that let me go to the place i mentioned before (the one with the electric spiders). I don't know where to go from here

Since I have 0 points in electronic I need the repair robot to open the doors to tchort. I can't really find how to find it's core, I know I need to take it from the arke power station (from what I've read). I think I have all the keycards and opened all the doors, while under it, where the electric spiders (thank Leo) and the electric floor are, I can't use the console (it keeps on blinking). There's also a small room with a console wrapped into the spiders' net and another switch. None of the other security console do anything. There are some power box and I've tried to turn them all off or on but it doens't change anything. The AI even stopped trolling me she must have seen my desperation :|

There's some doors on the west wing of the tchort institute that are completely invisible: dark green doors on a dark green wall on a very dark place. Perhaps doors should be highlighted as well.

Bugs / Weapon durability - Degraded at 500

I don't know if this is a side effect of the algorithm that calculate when a weapon is degraded or whatever but I have an smg with 1900 durability and it get degraded around 500, It seems a little high to me  :'( I have a pistol with 1400 durability and now it's at 467 and it still hasn't degraded. (i often use burst and it damage my SMGs a lot, sometimes I have to take a weapon from the inventory during combat, lol)

I don't remember if I was on 1.0.0.5 or 1.0.0.7. The galaxy client now updated the game to 1.0.0.9, will report if it happens again.  I didn't have the attack outside of the arena bug

EDIT: ok i can confirm it's just the cameras being destroyed, maybe they should be indestructible in the arena?

I don't believe all of them are, but the ability is triggered only if I kill something and I'm not killing anyone I can see into the arena so it must either be the spectators or a camera (I don't remember if they trigger this ability). The burst can damage the people near and behind the person you shoot at, so if I shoot at someone near to the wall I believe I can kill something behind it, maybe it's not treated as a real wall?

I have the feat that lets me shoot a burst again if I kill someone, and using it against enemies in the arena I noticed that sometimes I'll get it even without killing anyone (visible), because I kill someone (or something like cameras) out of the screen or hidden in the crowd. I think this may also be the cause for the people that get attacked outside of the arena after winning (saw it in some old post)

Hi all, I can't complete this quest : http://www.underrail.com/wiki/index.php?title=Find_missing_combat_unit_in_west_wing , the one where you find Efreitor Mateo near to a big crystal. I think the problem lies in the sequence of the events:
  • I went to the west side and found Mateo
  • I went back without getting spotted
  • Samuel asked me to find the missing unit, I told him I already did and saw Mateo but didnt talk to him and he asked me to talk to him
  • I went back and killed him since he attack on sight (tried both to attack first and get attacked)
  • I went to Mediant Samuel, but he has no new lines to talk about.
Note: I have his head in the inventory

EDIT: not fixed for 1.0.0.9 or at least not retroactively, I now reloaded a save and lost just a couple of hours, will report if it happens again (but this time im not going straight for MAteo, im waiting for the quest)
