Already fixed for the next patch. A lot of people are reporting this on Steam forum, which sort of gives us a good idea about the old geezer's survival rate.

Hi, im having the same issue. I run the las version of the game from gog, the 1.0.10 with a i5 laptop with windows 10 64 bits.

I have tried everything but i always finish crashing after killing the last raider.

How i can solve it?
