Bugs / LOS at the corner of a wall

Hello everyone,
This bug annoys me since my very first playthrough, so it's certainly a known one.
It concerns the Line of sight  and wall corners.

When engaging an ennemy near the corner of an obstacle, it seems that the ennemy has always a better LOS than you have.
He can shoot you or can see you before you can shoot him or see him.
At his round, he shot you and didn't move after, but when you want to shoot him, you have to move before.

Same with melee. I attached a screenshot where I fight against two dogs. The one at the bottom can hit me... But I have to move before being able to hit it.

I hope I was clear enough in my explanations.

Hello Wildan,
I'm currently on a psi build similar to what you proposed and your guide helps me a lot :-)

Just a question, how do you manage to play permadeath without anything against traps that can OS you ? Do you wear Motion Tracking Goggles all the time out of battle ? I'm not even sure it would be enough to be safe and wonder if I should put a point in Perception for that.
