I would have to load my game to see but it's in a building somewhere east of Rail Crossing if I'm correct . I found it while trying to do Dude's mission . It's a room with some dogs and bandits, you also need to TNT some rocks blocking the path .

Ah okay thanks, don't even know who I may have killed or when which is unfortunate . I was in the middle of getting information about the Acid Hunters which I don't think I can progress with anymore so I may or may not be stuck unless I can get the secret entrance open another way .

lol But is there anyway to fix this problem ?
Everything gets traced back to you but is there any chance to bypass it/deal with it ?
