General / Creeping Dread/Eye of Tchort timer

I'm not sure if that is a bug (so long after release and all the fixes, anyway), but for me the timer on the Dread and the Eye ticks up every 4 seconds. The tooltip starts with 11s, goes down to 7s and then the stack ticks up. Is it supposed to work like that? Shouldn't it go to 1s or something? Is it just a difficulty-related thing?
