Builds / Good build using the JKK tactful jacket?

I love the aesthetic of this gear. I'm currently doing a crossbow build (from the other recent topic of the crossbow build for dominating) but when I'm done with this I would love to do a pistols build that utilizes this jacket and associated skills. What do you guys have?
