Thanks @Exterminator for posting the build! It really helped. I'm not 100% going with every single thing there (for example, I prefer persuasion over intimidation for dialogue, and that eliminates 2 intimidation based feats for me), but I use it as a heavy reference for my first char. Also, for the start I put no points in biology, because I heard crafting makes more sense later in the game, with blueprints (or recipes?) and stuff. Also, wouldn't have guessed that psychokinesis had that many debuff/stun things, I thought it was just mostly pure dmg.
And @Bruno - yeah, I dropped it. Better to focus on things I'm good at - thanks for the tip. I decided to pick that because of some other build on that forum that I found, but I will not be going with that after all.

So hey (hey people). Want to know, if it is possible to create something like this?
I want to make it work with the opportunistic feat, so I would debuff enemies, stun, slow, enrage, incapacitate, generally unpleasant status effects, with psi (thinking Thought Control and Temporal Manipulation? is that right?). Don't care much for damage from psi. That's what the hammer would be for. Also, for second feat i was thinking snooping, for extra stuff and also because i want to play using the oddity system.
Also, was thinking of getting some throwing for grenades, as I heard they're useful.

So, firstly, what starting stats to get for it? I'm thinking like this right now (reminder - I have no experience with this game, so please bear with my nonsense):
STR 9
DEX 3
AGI 5
CON 6
PER 3
WIL 7
INT 7

What I want to hear from you the most is
a) viability of this idea (i know i should minmax in this game, that's why I dumped two stats)
b) what psi to use for that. Some reaaaaaly basic how into psi tips (psi as support) would be appreciated.
c) how to spend my starting points in primary stats, so I won't DIE all the time, and so I can actually melee fight with heavy stuff effectively.
d) what type of armor for all of that? I don't know anything about armors, other than heavy means less mobility and stealth (which I don't care for really)
e) feats that you would recommend for all that?

Also, is it wise to specialise in one type of crafting? If so, how many points and should I do it immediately at char creation? I'm thinking crafting myself some heavy melee weapons, or, if it's hard to not die with this build, appropriate, badass armor. Also would like to make some battle enhancing drugs, with biology.
