Bugs / Game is in fullscreen stuck in corner

I had put the game into fullscreen at my desktop resolution and now its stuck in the corner where I cant click anything on the main menu and cannot click options or click load game to possible select options from within the game. IS there a way to drag, un-fullscreen or reset the options of the game? Also when i had put it into fullscreen i was clicking on things behind it on my desktop. Is there a way to bind the mouse to the game screen?
