When you get to the military base with Dude you get the option of saying "The things i hear from you have stopped sounding strange a long ago" instead of like a long time ago or long ago.

At this point you need to reach the protectorate camp and talk to them, you can do it from the elevator in the protectorate embassy in junkyard.

Bugs / Foundry turns hostile after exiting prison

Killed the supervisor with traps without anyone spotting me and they're all still friendly but when i exit they turn hostile, i've even tried killing everyone, all 3 prisoners included, destroying all cameras and turrets and deleting the evidence on the camera but they still keep turning hostile no matter what i do.
Main issue is, i was only using quicksaves and autosaves, no manual ones, so i don't have any save to go back to before this stuff happened.
The earliest save i have is with just the supervisor dead and everyone still friendly.
Any help would be very appreciated, if needed i can provide the save as well.
