edit: I just verified and checked and they're still missing. I guess I'm going to have to restart from scratch...

I definitely remember picking them but they're gone from my inventory and I didn't drop them.

Is there a cheat that lets me get hydraulic fluid? I can't go back to previous saves because they're missing in all of them too.
