i fucking picked ethans medallion at sgs and i saw him at hard core city bar and ive never felt so bad in my life, i gave it back but will he return to normal? i felt like i actually harmed a real human the way he was frantically looking for it. i gave it back at CC bar will he appear somewhere new please someone help i wanna cry. ):

so im a bit rarted. can someone tell me how i upload a custom portrait? ive been trying to convert the png to an xmb because thats what someone told me to do. please help me im pepega
