Also, another question: What will I use tailoring for? As far as I can see only for boots right? Is that very important or can I invest into persuasion for example, or chemistry for extra boom?

Hey! I want to try out this build but am pretty new. Only did one playthrough on normal and now want to do one on hard. One question: How and when do I get Locus of Control? With all-in I get to 8 will but I need 10. Also, which feat am I dropping for that? Thanks!

Thank you! I have revised the build a bit, added expert sprint. Still one feat I didn't know what to do with so I took paranoia to offset the crit chance from recklessness and for the initiative.

The rest of the skill points I will probably use for biology and chemistry after all, so I can craft my explosives and some of the drugs.

As for finding a shell strap belt, I think that's just luck of the draw as it's not a special item. Your ideas for other feats are not vital in the case of Pack Rathound and Interloper; Premeditation and Grenadier could definitely be of use to you, though.
Well, I just hope I will be more fortunate this time around.

This is my first ever build. I want to use it in hard or dominating difficulty, as I have only played on normal so far.

I wanted to do a build using Blitz at some point because that sounds fun and my last character was really slow. High mobility looks like it would be more enjoyable. I want to use pump shotguns, probably the vindicator.

Thoughts:

Floating points are for mercantile, pickpocketing or more stealth, throwing or whatever is needed.

For the last 5 or so feats I was unsure what to take. If you think different feats or a different order of picking them is better please tell me.

I also thought about dropping 2 dex and three pointer in favor of more perception but I am not sure how much of a difference it makes.

Other feats I considered were pack rathound, grenadier, interloper and premeditation. I also saw a lot of people go with full auto but that only works for combat shotguns I assume?

I would assume spec points go into sixth shell and perfect scattering?

How important is crafting my own grenades? I only played on normal so far and had no problem just buying them but I intend to use this build on hard or dominating.

Any tips on where to get the shotgun shell belt? In my last run it took forever to find a bullet strap belt and I would really like to avoid looking for that for hours.
