This is my first ever build. I want to use it in hard or dominating difficulty, as I have only played on normal so far.
I wanted to do a build using Blitz at some point because that sounds fun and my last character was really slow. High mobility looks like it would be more enjoyable. I want to use pump shotguns, probably the vindicator.

Floating points are for mercantile, pickpocketing or more stealth, throwing or whatever is needed.
For the last 5 or so feats I was unsure what to take. If you think different feats or a different order of picking them is better please tell me.
I also thought about dropping 2 dex and three pointer in favor of more perception but I am not sure how much of a difference it makes.
Other feats I considered were pack rathound, grenadier, interloper and premeditation. I also saw a lot of people go with full auto but that only works for combat shotguns I assume?
I would assume spec points go into sixth shell and perfect scattering?
How important is crafting my own grenades? I only played on normal so far and had no problem just buying them but I intend to use this build on hard or dominating.
Any tips on where to get the shotgun shell belt? In my last run it took forever to find a bullet strap belt and I would really like to avoid looking for that for hours.
