Builds / Headwear for melee?

The balaclava seems like to be the only choice. Btw, does the "mechanical damage threshold increased by 200% against bullets" apply only to the given item, or the DT of the character? If the second, does it stack?

As the title says, I'm looking for a dex melee build, because I want to pick up lockpicking and traps as well. Any help is appreciated:)

What do you recommend as a fifth ability besides NO, Pseudo-spatial Projection, psycho-temporal contraction and stasis?
